1. 100% Client Intellectual Property (IP) Ownership
At Computer Cite, we strictly maintain that all code, documentation, architecture diagrams, configurations, database schemas, and intellectual property developed by our engineers under your agreement remain 100% your exclusive property from day one.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Prior to any technical discovery or requirement sharing, Computer Cite executes bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All personnel assigned to your projects are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations.
3. Data Privacy & GDPR / CCPA Compliance
Computer Cite complies with global data privacy frameworks including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not sell or monetize personal or client information under any circumstances.
